A LoadCentral DEALER/RERAILER is a one stop reloading station that can sell popular prepaid card products  (e-load & Aload, prepaid call cards, prepaid internet cards, online gaming cards, etc.) without having any sort of physical cards in your possession. 
Retailers can sell prepaid airtime credits via mobile phone or PCs with internet connection,

1. Contact us to be a Dealer / Retailer 
2. In the absenc of a registered LoadCentral Dealer in the locality, LoadCentral will inform 
    the nearest registered Dealer to get in touch with the applying Retailer.
3. The registered LoadCentral Dealer will explain the procedures and oif the applying 
    Retailer agrees to the terms and conditions of the Dealer, the Retailer will be 
    registered by the Dealer as a LoadCentral Retailer under his network.

Retailer Questions:

1. Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Retailer SIM?

     No.Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N' Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be 
     registered as a LoadCentral retailer number.

2.  How can i start selling the LoadCentral way?

     You can start selling the LoadCentral way after a LoadCentral dealer registered your 
     mobile number and you agreed to the terms he/she offered.

3.  How can I replenish my account?

     It depends on the agreed payment solution with you Dealer.

4.  Can the same retailer number be registered to two or more dealers?

     NO.

5.  How will I know of new products carried by LoadCentral?

     Thru this website , via Webtool Crawler, IM Broadcast, e-Mail from LoadCentral and by 
     SMS.

6.  How will I know about the discounts carried by LoadCentral?

     Your LoadCentral dealer will give you a copy of the Retailer Discount Structure.

7.  What happens if i forgot my password?

     You should ask your Dealer to request from Uniwiz Trade Sales Inc. for the resetting of   
     your password. Uniwiz will not entertain direct request from you.

8.  What happends of my retailer SIM and /or mobile phone are lost or stolen? 
     What happens to my remaining wallet load?

     You must immediately notify your dealer so he/she can deactivate or block your   
     mobile number. You must then ask your dealer to register another mobile number as 
     your new retailer SIM. Your dealer will the inform LoadCentral by a written notice (fax 
     or email) and request that the remaining balance in your old registered number be 
     transferred to your new one.

9.  How can i get a transaction report?

     You can generate your own sales transaction report thru the LoadCentral webtool.
